Who We Are

Shore To Help is a Monmouth County, 501(3)(c) charity that works to raise funds for local charities. The group began meeting in November 2007 as a small number of community members organizing a Thanksgiving Day football game. What started as a simple morning of fun with friends (on a day otherwise reserved for family) quickly evolved into a real event! With nearly 300 participants through the years and over $750,000 raised for local charities, Shore To Help aims to ease the burden for others through fund raising.

President
Kenneth Shaw resides in Monmouth Beach, NJ with his wife Danielle and their three children, Trey, Paige and Peyton. Kenny and his wife were both born and raised in Monmouth County NJ. Kenny now is the President of K. Shaw Construction in Monmouth Beach, NJ.

Caroline Quattrochi

Caroline lives in Monmouth Beach New Jersey with her four boys and husband Steve. She founded the movement dance academy in 1991, which she owned until 2002.  Caroline has been an active volunteer in the community since then, and is a member of several nonprofit boards.

Lawrence Stephens

Lawrence “Skip” Stephens resides in Monmouth Beach,NJ with his wife Alison and their two daughters Alexandra “Lexi” and Lyla.  Skip and Alison have strong roots in the Monmouth County area both were born and raised here. Skip currently works for Tyson Foods Inc. as a Regional Customer Development Manager.

Darren Spadavecchia
Board Member
Darren Spadavecchia resides in Monmouth Beach with his wife Koren and their three children, Victoria, Taylor and Teddy. Darren was born and raised in Monmouth County NJ and attended the University of Susquehanna of Selinsgrove, PA. He has a BS in Business Administration and a Masters in Education. He is currently a Special Education Teacher and head Soccer and Tennis coach at Monmouth Regional High School in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Joseph Wladyka

Joe is a senior private wealth advisor in the Investment Management Division, co-managing a 9 person team in New York.  He works with clients to develop and implement customized investment strategies which meet their unique needs and goals. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 and was named a Vice President in 2009. Joe has completed the Goldman Sachs Certified Wealth Advisor training program which focuses on various wealth planning topics including the use of retirement accounts, income, estate and gift taxes, and business succession matters. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame earning a BBA in Finance. Joe is involved in the recruiting effort for Goldman Sachs at the University of Notre Dame, a member of the Harlem RBI’s All Star Committee, and serves on the board of Shore to Help, Inc.
